Amy Berenbak
Amy's journey into Pilates and Pilates Sculpt is rooted in a lifelong passion for movement, strength, and self-evolution. Growing up as a dancer, she developed a deep connection to body awareness, alignment, and the power of intentional movement. After running seven marathons and continuously challenging herself physically and mentally, she discovered that true wellness comes from understanding your body...harmonizing your muscles with joint mobility, building strength through proper alignment, and creating movement patterns that support a stronger, more pain-free experience. She blends foundational Pilates principles with dynamic sculpting techniques to create classes that strengthen the body, improve mobility, and inspire confidence. She loves creating a space where people feel supported, empowered, and inspired as they continue to grow into their strongest, most authentic selves.
